Goal
Reduce your opponent to fewer than 3 pieces, or trap them so they cannot move.
Phase 1: Placement
Players take turns placing 9 pieces onto empty points on the board.
What Is A Mill?
A mill is 3 of your pieces in a straight connected line. When you form a mill, you remove one enemy piece.
Phase 2: Movement
After all pieces are placed, players slide one piece along a board line to an adjacent empty point.
Removing Pieces
If possible, remove an enemy piece that is NOT inside a mill. If every enemy piece is in a mill, you may remove any enemy piece.
Beginner Tips
- Try to create two threats at once.
- Block enemy mills before they complete three in a row.
- Control intersections where multiple lines meet.
- After placement, keep your pieces mobile.
