Figure out the hidden 4-color code before you run out of guesses.
How To Guess
- Tap colors to fill your current guess.
- Each guess has 4 color pegs.
- When all 4 slots are filled, press Submit Guess.
Feedback Pegs
After each guess, you get small feedback pegs:
- Black peg: correct color in the correct position.
- White peg: correct color but in the wrong position.
- No peg: that color is not in the secret code.
Example
If the secret code contains Red in slot 1 and your guess has Red in slot 1, you get a black peg.
If the secret code contains Blue somewhere, but your Blue is in the wrong slot, you get a white peg.
Important
The feedback pegs do not tell you which exact color they belong to. You have to use logic.
Beginner Strategy
- Start with several different colors.
- Use black pegs to lock in correct positions.
- Use white pegs to move colors around.
- Pay attention to colors that give no feedback.
